Gist 2.0 brings full Pocket support, new summary view, and more!

Gist has been updated to version 2.0, adding important new features like a new summary view and full support for read-it-later service Pocket. Gist will now summarize all of the articles that you store in Pocket. You can add, delete, and favorite articles from within Gist.

There's a new summary view in Gist that aims to make reading summaries easier. You can now read a short excerpt from an article while it is being summarized by the app. Gist now lets you open articles directly in either Safari or Chrome, and save articles in Instapaper or Pocket. Gist also supports iOS 7's Dynamic Text feature.

Other features include a new tab-based navigation layout. With a swipe, you can open full articles directly from the main screen. The speech settings have been tweaked, with the speech rate for the "regular" setting being reduced a bit. You can now find the Recent Searches button in the search bar. There have also been some smaller interface and design changes.

You can download the update from the App Store right now.
