Probably not, but the quality and design style shown on a pair of renders that China Telecom, one of Apple’s iPhone partners in China, used in a Weibo post gave as a pause.
The carrier’s post apparently advertises that an iPhone 6 flavor it plans on selling in the 1.33 billion people market will support all of China’s cellular network standards. The artwork depicts the upcoming handset from an angle Apple itself would use in promotional shots.
More importantly, the overall quality of the images strongly suggests they may have been supplied by Apple’s PR department.
